Acer has finally announced that the new Chrome OS will be included in its powerful monitor called the DX241H. It is supposed to be an all inclusive PC Monitor with a live Google Chrome OS in its interior. This news is quite weird because the search giant Google first declared that the Cr-48 Chrome notebook will support the Chrome OS. The Acer monitor will also feature a mechanism called clear.fi which is a digital home-entertainment solution for organizing and placing the data.

As per the report of German website Heise, the monitor will pack some robust specs like: 24-inch 16:9 display which will deliver a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixel, ARM processor, HDMI and VGA connection for sport stereo speakers. The new monitor would cost you around $400 and would hit the market by next year. This monitor will also define the actual capability of the Google Chrome OS. In the coming days we can see a lot of action between the Google platforms. There also some other rumors that, Android is planning to make its way to the notebooks and Chrome OS would be implemented in the notebooks also.
